Calpol - Expert Chats
The campaign revolved around two key stages 'Ask an Expert' and 'Expert Chats'. The first, a database of answers for the most commonly searched terms of childhood illnesses, which provided a source of credible advice from a trusted brand. 'Expert chats' was a series of parent-panel discussions hosted by Dr. Ellie Cannon which advised on common childhood illnesses and symptoms triggered by questions from parents. This project involved creative direction and brand guardianship for the Calpol brand online.
